Last week I talked about some of the uniforms we find around us and talked a bit about the uniform I wear. I received a couple of interesting responses.

               Most intriguing was someone who talked about the “uniform” of the poor.

               What are the other kind of uniforms we see in our society?

Janelle Hoffman’s 13-year-old son Greg wanted an iPhone for Christmas last year. Mom came through and delivered the goods on Christmas, but the phone came with a few conditions.  In fact, it came with eighteen conditions.

1. It is my phone. I bought it. I pay for it. I am loaning it to you. Aren’t I the greatest?

2. I will always know the password.

This Sunday is called Low Sunday.   There are fewer people and less energy. This is because of all the energy that went into Holy Week and Easter services.  The numbers return to the faithful who are here week after week or some variation of what is regular attendance.
