As I was looking through the flyers and doing my grocery shopping today, it dawned on me that I could buy 6 litres of pop for the less than I could buy 2 litres of milk. (I know the costs of milk vary across the country so that might not be the case where you live).
Anyone ever tried a high protein/low carbohydrate diet?
Does it work?
The idea behind it is that protein protects muscle mass while one loses weight because muscles burn calories. The other idea is that we are all addicted to carbohydrates and they tend to put on fat weight.
