 I put up a new avatar for New Years. It my usual Teddy Bear, but he/she is wearing a Tux for New Year's.  

 

I though I should say something, since my Bear is also holding a heart,  before the speculation and rumours start.  CrazyHeart and I are not an item.  The heart is just my expression of love to everyone on Wondercafe for a Happy New Years.

Hello One and All;

 

Come into my Between Christmas and New Year's Party.  There is lots of virtual alcohol, eggnog.

 

All are invited: Conservatives, Atheists, Liberals, Agnostics, and Enlightened Ones whoever the hell else wants to come!!!!

There is no topic so feel free to discuss whatever you wish.

 

This party is in honour of Serena, our resident Drama Queen.  (and because I need an excuse to drink) Where would we be without her?

Making Successful Resolutions

I love making resolutions. It gives me a sense that I’m driving my life forward. I can decide what I want, plan it, and make a change happen – countering my life’s drift.

But, like most people, I find it hard to live up to all of my expectations. Every year, I check the resolutions I keep in my datebook and check off the ones I achieve – and, every year, I carry some forward, feeling I failed because I didn’t achieve those.
