Heritage United Church successfully defended their championship for the third straight time.

Which means we have been Champions of our Church Slo-Pitch League for four straight years now.

I didn't find out until the other evening as I am on the disabled list with a strained medial collateral ligament. So, not being able to run I'm not much help on the diamond and my family said let's go to Lake Rosseau and swim which I did, under protest.
