Knox United is the oldest continuous church in Prince George. It has many unique features, for example, Knox has the original church bell which is rung each Sunday before the service. Secondly, we have the clarion bell system which chimes each hour and also plays hymns at special times of the church year. We have the only pipe organ in Northern B.C.!

Knox has a modern sound system, a state-of-the-art projector and a screen to enhance our services. Knox also has a talented and loyal four-part choir that provides anthems each Sunday and assists with our musical church activities. Sunday School follows a rotation program. Children of all ages enjoy the activities and especially the cooking!

On Communion Sundays, we collect food donations for the Activity Centre for Empowerment (ACE) in downtown Prince George. We have monthly brunches, special dinners, i.e.: Advent turkey dinner and spaghetti dinner, birthday Sundays and many other fellowship occasions. We have wheelchair access to the main floor (sanctuary, coffee lounge and a handicap equipped washroom). Our sanctuary is enhanced by the use of wood architecture; this gives it a very warm atmosphere. We also have candlelight services for weddings and Christmas Eve that are very special. Knox’s celebration of Holy Week includes an Easter Vigil on Saturday at 9 pm. All are welcome at Knox!  Please come and join us and stay for coffee and a chat!!

About the Service

Our regular Sunday services & Sunday School start at 10 am. Please join us! Please Note: For the months of July & August, we combine the Sunday services of Knox United & St. Andrew's United
