We celebrated this milestone with Wayne Townsend, curator of Dufferin County museum speaking about the history of the church and the Primrose area on Oct 24, 2010. With special music and good turnout, it was a great chance to worship and enjoy some reminiscing about how the church has expanded and contracted over the years. We keep on going with the dedicated efforts of many people. Thanks to all of you who were involved. Now, we're starting to plan for Christmas carol sing on Dec 19 7pm. It will be a wonderful event to attend - so mark your calendars!
We just had our annual meeting and are planning budgets and objectives for the coming year. Lots of catering jobs planned, special music to practice and events to be hosted. But ultimately it's about worship in a safe and inclusive environment. We start early with coffee time at 9am each Sunday. Palm Sunday is going to be special with the Forever Young choir singing hymns both traditional and gospel to celebrate the spirit of Easter. See you there I hope.
