Like Spruce Grove itself, we are a community of long time residents and recent arrivals. Sunday School and Youth programs help make St. Andrew's a welcoming place for young families. Adult discussion groups, opportunities for fellowship, and Sunday worship that is relaxed and relevant, make St. Andrew's a nurturing and encouraging community to explore and deepen your faith.
Weekly at 10:00 am - including Sunday School, youth gathering and toddler care.
Rapid growth in the area means that there are lots of young families. Many community groups (e.g. AA, Guides, Community Kitchen) share our space. St. A's is easy to get to from inside or outside Spruce Grove, and our congregation is drawn from both. There is good parking at the church and our building is wheelchair accessible. For more than 25 years, St. Andrew's Thrift Shop has been an active outreach ministry which supports church and community programs in Spruce Grove.
Nel and Curtis are life partners as well as a ministry team. Beyond ministry work, they are busy keeping up with their two teenage sons. Curtis enjoys cooking and singing in the choir while Nel tends towards artistic explorations including painting, quilting, and pottery. Nel also serves the community as a speech language pathologist. Their idea of a perfect summer vacation is a camping trip to the Rockies.
