For those of you following the WonderCafe Advent Calendar in the Features section, but sure to check out Graeme Burk's exploration of the dark side of the holiday classic, It's a Wonderful Life. I think he does a great job at looking at why this movie touches so many people (myself included - it's one of my all-time favourites).

A belated thanks for the link Admin 2. I attempted to thank you a week ago but ended up starting a new topic in Global Issues. I had intended to start speaking of the devil here in Popular Culture. I had become so messed up amidst my accidentally deleted posts. .... -3 or 4 had just gone off into oblivion.
This belated thanks to Admin 2 is prompted by those following my topic in Global Issues who wondered what I was talking about.
On another note, the devil is such a bitch I wonder if we should be refering to her instead of him.
Now I have gone off on such tangents that I have forgotten what it was I was attempting to post in the first place on watching the link provided by Admin 2. --It seems I watched the movie 3 or 4 years ago but did not really appreciate it then because I had missed the first few scenes. Thanks for filling me in Admin 2.

I was refering to the link containing the highliglts of the Movie Its a Wonderful Life. It seems my previous posts were lost when I attempted to switch back to regular type. Fooled the devil this time.

Happy New Year to everyone here at WonderCafe. I have just come back and reviewed my above post. I am sorry I sound so mixed up. It all made sense to me at the time. But I am not very computer literate, or otherwise literate for that matter. It seems I became more messed up as the accidentally deleted posts made me more desperate and less aware of what I was doing. Normally I do not believe that there is such a creature as the devil -him or her. But he or she comes in handy to give the blame to, when I become messed up. I also tend to give Vista more than its share of the blame.
In addition to wishing a Happy New Year to all my fellow WonderCafe-ers; Thanks for putting up with all my mixed up threads.-This brings up my resolution for 2009. -To improve my composition.

My other 2009 resolution is to get an avatar for my WonderCafe profile. My online Introduction to Windows Vista classes have been going quite well for three weeks now. Hopefully they will enable me to create an avatar.

Heh Naman...
You do great, and I am always thankful to read your posts....and no, they don't seem any more disjointed than any others here.
I currently have a problem with i's and y's sticking. I go back and realize that all my posts are messed up, and then try to correct them.
