BEIJING – It has been revealed that a cat in China has developed wings on its back!
The white cat was born normal, but as it matured, grew furry wing-link appendages on either side of its back.
Scientists are not sure how the “wings” occurred. There are two possible explanations: chemicals caused a genetic mutation during pregnancy, or the cat developed from two different embryos.
This is not the first time a cat has grown wings. There are over thirty scientifically documented cases in recorded history. Another cat was found in China just two years ago. Are these cases related to China’s ongoing pollution problem?
The cat certainly doesn’t seem to mind!

Actually the Angels were created separately from us. The bible tells us that they were created as messengers of God. They worship Him and carry out many tasks such as ministering, protecting and carrying messages/announcements (Mary's conception) just to name a few.
Psalm 91:11-12 (NKJV)
For He shall give His angels charge over you,
To keep you in all your ways.
[12] In their hands they shall bear you up,
Lest you dash your foot against a stone.
We were created separately. The Angels have greater authority than us but when we are all finally in Heaven, the bible says that we will be exalted over the Angels and be equal heirs with Jesus.
Personally I don't care if I am not equal or over them. I'm just going to be happy living forever with a loving family.

Man, all those industrial chemicals in China, it's surprising to me that stuff like this doesn't happen more often. Poor kitty. I hope the other cats don't pick on him for his weirdness (yes, I know I am anthropomorphizing).

Yes, there are lots of cats with wings in China. Pollution while the mommy was pregnant is believed to be the cause of it. Here is a better looking cat angel!
A Chinese woman claims her cat has grown wings.
Granny Feng's tom cat has sprouted two hairy 4ins long wings, reports the Huashang News.
"At first, they were just two bumps, but they started to grow quickly, and after a month there were two wings," she said.
Feng, of Xianyang city, Shaanxi province, says the wings, which contain bones, make her pet look like a 'cat angel'

Farmson is just home from China and said the pollution was unbelieveable...especially the inadequate sewage system. One beautiful "misty" mountain photo lost it's glamour when he pointed out that the mist was pollution.

Perhaps that's why some of the cats are "freaking" out and trying to fly ... the appropriate term, I think, is "mutant" (as opposed to "cute" or "angel cats".

O.K. guys....go ahead and laugh all you like but pets may be considered angels because they give unconditional love to those lonely souls especially who have nobody to love them. I know a mentally stable non depressed business man who in his old age with too many years of back pain wishes to commit suicide. He loves his 3 cats. He told me he stays alive because of them.
We have many people in my apt. bldg. with only a dog to love them. Isn't love the greatest thing in the world? Be it but the love of a dog or a cat it can keep someone in life.
Cats with wings? If they remind people of God and heaven I don't see anything wrong with it. The New Age folk love animals. You should hear some of the wonderful stories they tell. One lady whose husband is a tree climber in Atlanta, Georgia , rescues baby squirrels. She bottle feeds them. How wonderful is that ! Her husband rescued an owl and kept it for a time.
Someone complained on this thread and said the topic should be in social. Sorry, this person does not see the God of all creation in our animal friends. Speaking about faith, many times we find unfaithful friends but how often do we discover a dog who is unfaithful?
P.S. By the way, I want an angel horse! I'll get one as soon as I buy a farm....lol.

OMG......! Don't get me started on China and what's for lunch today! Or my pretty sweater with the fur collar and cuffs (I bought at the Bay) that's made from cat hair ! Or the cute little soft furry kittens in a basket I bought at a flea market yesterday also made from real cat hair!

Isn't it hellish 'tho....isn't it truly hellish ....what we have become as a society? Still, it appears on the net that many people think we humans are all beautiful and good on our way to bringing in utopia on earth. I wish I was able to see it.
I'm all for positive thinking, truly I am. I've spent years learning how to think positive and being quite successful at it too. I still think its a good practice. I do question the reality or the truth of it. It seems like a dream, sort of a fools paradise to be too optimistic and positive but I suppose balance is the key. If we could all think positive or good and act accordingly I suppose considering ourselves as lesser gods....part of God ....or whatever...we could bring in utopia on earth. Arminius thinks its almost here or surely on its way. I think barring some great catastrophe happening on earth (like an atomic bomb ) it will never happen or it will take another 100 years if ever for our consciousness to be raised that high.
(I'm off topic..but O.K...its my thread!)
