Pastor Dash is my former pastor. I attended Richview Baptist for about seven years. He was just coming in as I was coming out. He is a good writer, imho, well worth the read.

A few years ago. I was a delegate to Anglican Synod. The health insurance officer was onstage rattling off health statistics. I observed that stress - related illnesses were way above what I assumed was the average and i spoke up recommending a specific program to study and combat job stress.
They responded like Anglicans and stopped discussing healh issues ay Synod.

Hi Panantheism,
Yes I came out. Many people sure seemed to be happy at Richview, but for me it just didn't work. The place was too big and too clique-ish. Difficult to meet people, difficult to begin and maintain relationships. Since coming out, I have been going to a smaller and what has been to me friendlier congregation. It is nice to be where one is welcome and appreciated.
Peace in Christ.
