With all this talk of birthdays lately around the cafe I've been thinking..... whenever someone mentions the date of their birthday anywhere I am sure to write it down so I can wish them a happy birthday when it comes along. But what about those who never have a reason to say something about it?? I think it would be disappointing to see all these threads for others but you never get one when it comes time for your birthday.
So.... I would like to become responsible for remembering birthdays. If you all would post your birthdays here I will be sure to add them to my iCal so I can wish you a happy birthday and bake you a cake come the time!

Puppy, you are so sweet. One thing though, you haven't included your birthday. I'd like to know that and I'm sure others would as well. Mine is Flag day, June 14. My dad tells me that when I was real little I thought it was all for me. Egocentricity is cute when you're 3 or 4.

No, we have equivalent holidays though.
May " two-four" which was originally the Queen's birthday (coincidentally, that's how many bottles there are in a large case of beer!).
July 1st is Canada Day.
