We're getting reports that some folks are still getting a weird ad site when they click wondercafe.ca.
Unfortunately this 'hijacking' is a normal process when a website changes hosts and its routing signal is 'unattached' while between point A and point B. Automated systems look for such unattached web addresses and poaches on the space until they get kicked off by the rightful owner. Once all our routing signals are settled in their correct locations around the world, you should stop seeing the poacher page.
I have been getting the real WonderCafe site on my computer 100% of the time today, though I hear others aren't so lucky. If you try the site again in a bit it should be working.
Sorry about this,

Hi there! I got it to work when I didn't put "www" in the address. With the "www" I just got the weird ad.

I'm fine with "wondercafe.ca"... but, like Namaste, "www.wondercafe.ca" gives me the sitter.

Cool Richard, I can finally see what your avatar really is. I always thought it was some weird animal or a tree stump before. LOL

So does this mean the new, improved Wondercafe won't be offering me deals on real estate?

The lack of paragraphs in my blog annoys me from a grammatical point of view, otherwise, the Monk approves of the new site.

I'm getting the ad site (in B.C, at about 9pm Thursday). I was able to get to the real site after finding a link on the Facebook wc group. When I saw the ad site , at first I thought it was the new version of wc. I couldn't figure out why UCC had decided to advertise trips to Las Vagas and dating services.
I like the new editor. Are we going to get smilies, etc?

I am getting the hacker site no matter if I type in www.wondercafe.ca or http//:wondercafe.ca
or versions of www.wondercafe.ca/profile or /discussions after wondercafe.ca
This was a fluke that I actually got to log on.
