Ninja - Can you please tell me what to do to post photos? I've tried in the past ... and sadly failed ... it will be my new learning for today! Thanks. C.
Carolla -- I can't do it from home either unless the pic is accompanied by an url, like on flickr. You can just cut and paste that url into the cooresponding field when you go to post a pic. From work, it's easier -- just a direct copy and paste, presumably because this old computer doesn't know how to do anything else. Sorry about the huge size. I've a lot to learn about resizing.
This is my son's cat Bobo. I think she looks like she's meditating so deeply that she levitated.
If I share the secret of pictures will someone share the secret of how one makes a post to this group?
In this new format you can only post a picture using a URL. If you want to post a personal picture you must first load it into your Wondercafe Photo Album and then open it and copy the address - or if you upload your personal pictures to a website that supports URLs you can get the address from there (I just discovered Picasa doesn't btw)
So you click on the little icon with the mountains in the WC editor tool box. In another window open the picture you want and copy its URL (it is the http address at the top of the screen). Go back to WC and paste the URL in the URL box.
So here is one from my website
Here's one from my WC photo album
To be honest, it is easier to get them off a website since with the WC photo ablum you have to right click on the picture and open the link and remember that you will have to open WC in another window to copy that photo album URL or you will lose your post.
And the optimum width for a photo is 400 - that size fills the WC viewing box without going over the edge, enter that number in the width box and it will automatically format the correct height ratio.
I've posted this to WC before but I love it and hope you all will too. Here's a new a trick I've learned, if you click the box beside the volume box at the bottom of the YouTube viewer - shows a box within a box - this will put the video in full screen mode.
Thanks Ninjafaery! Just did the copy/paste and it works beautifully - if you want to change the picture size because it is too big, right click on picture and then choose "image properties" and change the width, it will automatically reformat the height.
Sigh, I was hoping it would work with my personal pictures but it appears to only work from website photos - still way easier than copying and pasting the URL.
Beautiful picture, Carolla. That aquarium is actually one of my favourite places to take photos. Here's one I took there of the jellyfish. I think they're so beautiful.

Aw, thanks guys. Here are the lyrics as Ninjafaery requested:
Thanks for the rain, thanks for the river, thanks for the rainbow showing me where I should go. Way-ay-o.
Thanks for the wind, thanks for the fire, thanks for the water blessing me in more ways than I know. Way-ay-o.
Chorus:
I look around, I see so much beauty moving. I look around, I see all the gifts you gave to me and mine down here, breathing....
Thanks for the whale, thanks for the tiger, thanks for the swallow flying like me 'cross the sky. Way-ay-o.
Thanks for the earth, thanks for Grandmother moon, thanks for Father sun sending their gifts down to me. Way-ay-o.
Chorus
Thanks for these legs, thanks for these working hands, thanks for these seeing eyes seeing the wonder of you. Way-ay-o.
Thanks for these ears, thanks for this singing mouth, thanks for this searching mind that flies to the mystery of you. Way-ay-o.
I look around, I see so much beauty moving. I look around, I see all the gifts you gave to me and mine down here, breathing....
Thanks for the rain.
(*atleast I think those are all the correct words. It's late and I'm doing this from memory.)
