Those of you who are regular posters, know that I learn through story and questioning.
I'm wondering if those who have experience with anxiety disorders or just anxiety in general, would be willing to offer stories, tricks, insight.
I find my frustration is high as I have to increase my engagement with someone who has throughout their life struggled with anxiety. By learning through you, I am hoping that I may think of alternates to my approach.

What a coincidence!
Just a little earlier, the top brass refused to carry out a government order to reallocate staff. Now, In a democracy, we run the country - and the government we elect gives orders to the top brass of the military. It looks to me as though we're seeing a power struggle and a defiance which is a very unhealthy sign in a democracy.
I've been pretty much absent for the past, oh, how many months now? Most of it has been working on my new pastime - my health.
What started with a simple blood test has since included an ultrasound, a CT scan, a bone marrow aspiration and biopsy (that one SUCKED), a gastrocolonoscopy, three hospital emerg visits, a couple ivs of platelets, three different types of steroids, and a cancelled surgery.
